You’ll also be able to manage your nutrition with personalised meal plans, easy-to-follow recipes and video tutorials from nutrition experts. iFit Coach lets you track what you’ve eaten, and based on your caloric intake and daily activity, a personalised meal plan is automatically created to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Free 2-Man Room of Choice Delivery Service

The ProForm Cardio HIIT H14 comes with a free 2-man delivery service to the ground floor room of your choice.

Once the carrier collects the machine from our warehouse and it arrives at the local delivery depot, they will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date. Then on the day of delivery, you will receive a message with a 2 hour delivery window.

The estimated delivery time frame is currently 5-7 working days, ensuring your equipment is delivered promptly and hassle-free.
